Mountain Arnica (Arnica Montana) also known as Wolf’s Bane is a moderately toxic ethnobotanical flower related to the sunflower. It has a large yellow center and bright yellow elongated petals. Since the early 1500s the flowers, both fresh and dried have been used medicinally. It can be made into salves, creams, ointments, or even tinctures.
