Cared For as a Patient, Not Just Another “Customer” I wanted to take a moment and thank you for seeing me today. I appreciate the professionalism and thoroughness you demonstrated today. It seems in today’s world that most Dr’s aren’t really there for their patients. You wait half an hour in their waiting room, another half an hour in the room, and they spend all of about three to five minutes with you. I felt that you cared about me as a patient, not just another “customer” through the door. My back is feeling much better. When I came in to see you I was at an eight. Leaving I was back down to a four or five. The drive home was a bit rough for me, pain level shot back up into the eight range. Since then and through the night, I’m feeling much better. I’d say I’m down to the five range again. Again, I thank you. If I can be of any service to you, your staff, or even your patients, please don’t hesitate to ask.  Just What I Needed. What a fantastic experience!  Dr. Kaster is a knowledgeable, caring, trustworthy, chiropractic physician who helped me get through an exercise induced back problem.  His state-of-the-art equipment & expertise proved to be just what I needed!

 Professionalism & Friendly Manner Dr. Kaster is great! I was having such pain in my lower back that I was almost immobile for almost 2 weeks! I didn’t know what to do! A friend recommended Dr. Kaster and I went to see him in at his office, his professionalism and friendly manner immediately made me feel comfortable. Within 2 days of treatment I was up and active again. With my apprehensions with chiropractors I was quite skeptical, however, I will never think to use another treatment again for my lower back pain.  

 Back on my Feet in Three Days. I just wanted to thank you for the extraordinary treatment that got me back on my feet only three days after my back injury. When I have thrown my back out in the past, it has taken weeks to feel like myself again. I have never visited a chiropractor before coming to see you. Now I understand how important it is to have all the right information about my back and focus on injury prevention rather than waiting for the next injury.  Always Treated Right Thank you for the excellent care you provided me after my injury (2 sprained knees, one sprained hip, and a sprained neck). As your secretary can attest, I was barely able to hobble, if you want to call it that, into your office on a Monday and by Wednesday I was back in action to the point where I could ride a bike and play golf by Thursday. As a fellow Chiropractor I appreciated your thoroughness and ability to identify the cause of my problem and help me to heal naturally without having to resort to any pain killers or over the counter anti-inflammatory medication.  Quality of Life is So Much Better It is with great pleasure to inform you that since becoming your patient- my quality of life is so much better. When I first came to you for treatment you turned me around in two weeks and had me ready for my snow ski trip. I am a very active sports person currently a football official, running, biking, weights, tennis & dancing. You provided to me a lot of education about myself and demonstrated to me self-home techniques & rehab methods as it relates to my back care.
